The Meridian Capital group, represented by Mr Ian CONNOR, acquired the Métropole Hotel in Beaulieu-sur-Mer.

The simplified revision of the zoning regulations (POS) was accepted by the town council; the official inspector and the government architect approved the project.

The owners of the Métropole Hotel filed an application for planning permission

The Nice Côte d’Azur Urban Community voted unanimously in favour of the simplified revision of the POS.

The Préfet of the Alpes-Maritimes, Mr Francis LAMY, requested the Minister of State, Minister for Ecology, Energy, Sustainable development and Planning (MEEDDAT), and the Minister for Culture and Communication, to undertake a joint mission of inspection.
