The Métropole is exceptionally well situated, in the town centre and at the water’s edge, on a magnificent plot of land. The view is extraordinary, clear to the headlands and the horizon.

Second only to the capital in terms of luxury hotels, the Riviera attracts extremely wealthy clients who expect a range of top-quality services from a luxury hotel. The project must therefore be all-embracing, for what is required is not a simple face-lift but a total re-creation of the hotel.

Thus, everything is possible. The project for the renovation and enlargement of the new Métropole was drawn up to answer the right questions: concerning the landscape, the density, the sea views, luxury hotels and their frequentation, and of course, protection of the environment. A luxury hotel with its gastronomic restaurant, its conference facilities, its 1200 m2 spa offering the very latest in care programmes, its fitness centre, its pool. In view of the amenities available, this hotel will be one of the finest on the whole Riviera and will always be in the news.

Each of these points has been studied in detail so that the most attractive possible range of highly personalized services can be offered. The image and positioning of the future hotel will depend on this, and enable it to regain its former nobility, its stars and its status: the new 5-star rating, Relais & Châteaux, Leading Hotels of the World…
